Roger Kidd

Roger Kidd has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles. Roger began their career at La-Z-Boy as a Senior Accountant and then worked at Edw. C. Levy Co. as a Controller. Roger continued to advance their career as the Controller at DeMaria and later served as the CEO of Elite Business Advantage LLC. Roger then took on the role of Controller/Campus Director at Stautzenberger College-Maumee, followed by a position as President/CFO at Kidd Brothers custom homes. Currently, they are the CFO of Kwest Group. Throughout their career, Roger has consistently demonstrated their expertise in financial management and leadership.

Roger Kidd completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Saint Leo University between 2007 and 2011. Roger then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management at the University of Phoenix from 2016 to 2017. In addition, they were a member of the EntreLeadership Ramsey Solutions mastermind program in 2017. Prior to their higher education, Roger attended Monroe High School from 1986 to 1992, focusing on Accounting and Business/Management.
