Helmie Mulder-Mertens is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health and social services. Currently serving as Lead Implementatie and Implementatiespecialist at KWF Kankerbestrijding since April 2022, Helmie has previously held significant positions at Stichting Nationaal Ouderenfonds, including Teamleider Diensten and Projectleider Individueel contact en Vrijwilligers, where responsibilities included overseeing various services for the elderly and developing new projects. Prior experience also includes roles at KNGF Koninklijk Nederlands Genootschap voor Fysiotherapie, focusing on quality policy and project leadership, and NOC*NSF, where Helmie worked on sports participation initiatives. Helmie's educational credentials include post-HBO bedrijfskunde from IBO Qualified Business School and a master's degree in movement sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
