Megan Garrett, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Megan began their career as a Teacher's Assistant and Art Education Intern at Portland Child Art Studio in 2014, where they gained valuable experience in education and art therapy. In the same year, they also worked as a Lead Server at Bombay Cricket Club Restaurant.

In 2013, Megan served as an Art Therapy Intern and Teacher's Assistant at 100th Monkey Studio. This role allowed their to develop their skills in art therapy and teaching.

Megan has also acquired several additional certifications throughout their career. In May 2020, they completed the Human Resources Management Certificate Program at Rice University - Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies. In February 2021, they became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through SHRM. In March 2022, Megan obtained the Immersive Spanish for HR Professionals Stack-A-Bull certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
