James Tritten has held a variety of roles in the music and hospitality industries since 1991. From 1991 to 1998, they were the Owner of Candy Gram Booking. From 1998 to 2003, they worked as a Music Professional for Tracy Shedd. From 2003 to 2006, they were the Director of Audio Visual at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. From 2006 to 2014, they held multiple roles at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa, including Event Manager, Senior Banquet Manager, and Director of Event Technology. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Event Manager at Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley and the Sales Manager at Remington Hotels from 2017 to 2018. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Music Professional for Band & The Beat. From 2018 to present, they have held multiple roles at KWIPPED, including Vice President of Marketplace, Market Director, Director of Business Development, Director of Foodservice, and Supplier Acquisition Executive.

James Tritten obtained their Diploma from Orange Park High School in 1993 after taking College Advanced Courses and On-The-Job Training. Since then, they have obtained multiple certifications including Marriott Certified Wedding Planner in December 2014, CaterCraft Certification Level I in April 2012, Breakthrough Leadership Training (BLT) Coach in September 2010, Service Excellence Training in September 2010, Trainer Certification Level II (TCII) in January 2010, SPIRIT Training Coach in January 2007, and MVP Level-4 Audio Visual Training in January 2003.
