Lee Philip

Lee Philip, MSc has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting from 2020, Lee has been working at Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital as a Professional in Learning & Organisational Development/OD Lead, contributing to the organization's strategic transformation efforts. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, Lee worked as a Professional Associate at Aureus Consulting, Griness, Knowles Training Institute, and Youth Inspired, as well as at the Service Quality Centre. From 2003 to 2020, Lee held the position of Business Excellence Lead Assessor at Enterprise Singapore, where they assessed and promoted excellence in businesses. Lee has also worked as a Singapore HR Awards National Assessor at Singapore Human Resources Institute in 2019. Before that, Lee had a managerial role at Micron Technology from 1998 to 2018, where they served as Manufacturing Quality Manager, Organization and Workforce Development Manager, and Materials Operations Manager. Additionally, Lee has served as a National Assessor at Singapore Business Federation for the Singapore Productivity Award, and as a National Lead Assessor for "Businesses for Families" at Singapore Productivity Association. Furthermore, Lee has worked as a Life Coach at Trybe Limited from 2005 to 2006, and as the Chief Judge for PS 21 ExCEL Convention at SPRING Singapore (now Enterprise Singapore) in 2003.

Lee Philip, MSc has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Workforce Development and Training from the University of Leicester, which was obtained from 1999 to 2000. They also hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Theoretical Physics and Applied Physics from the National University of Singapore, completed from 1985 to 1987. Additionally, Lee Philip has obtained various certifications in leadership, coaching, communication, and other relevant skills from institutions such as LinkedIn and Prosci.
