Alina Rusnac

Alina Rusnac has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alina currently holds the position of Head of GTC Procurement at KWS Group, starting from April 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Procurement Team Lead at the same company from April 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining KWS Group, Alina worked at Honeywell, where they held various roles in the procurement department. Prior to that, they served as a Procurement Supervisor from November 2015 to September 2018, a Procurement Admin Team Leader from January 2013 to October 2015, a Raw Material Leader from April 2012 to December 2012, and a Procurement Specialist from December 2010 to March 2012.

Alina began their career at Nobel, Ltd as a Team Leader from August 2007 to January 2010.

Prior to their higher education, Alina completed their Baccalaureate in Computer and Information Science at Mihai Viteazul National College from 2003 to 2007. Alina has also obtained additional certifications, including "Improve Communication Using Lean Thinking" from LinkedIn (expected to be obtained in 2023) and a Green Belt Certification (GB) from Garrett - Advancing Motion in 2012.
