Gloria Bofill is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and international law. Currently serving as the Senior Compliance Officer and Head of Legal for Service Center West at KWS Group since May 2014, Gloria oversees legal matters across 12 countries and 17 subsidiaries. Prior to this, Gloria held the position of Legal Manager for International Affairs at Applus - The Carlyle Group, managing legal issues for 25 countries and 150 entities. Additionally, Gloria has contributed to academia as a university lecturer on subjects related to international contracting and European Union market regimes. With a robust educational background, including a Law Degree and a Master's in International Law from Esade and recent studies in sustainability law at the University of Oxford, Gloria demonstrates a strong commitment to legal excellence and compliance in a global context.
