Henning Thiem

Henning Thiem serves as the Head of Global Controlling at KWS Group since January 2024. Previously, Thiem held the position of Head of Global Business Controlling at tesa SE from June 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities included the realignment of global controlling functions, building R&D Controlling, and managing M&A activities. Thiem also led the transformation of Nordzucker AG as Head of Marketing and Sales Controlling from May 2014 to April 2019, focusing on market orientation and efficiency programs. Other roles include pivotal finance and controlling positions at tesa SE, tesa SA Spain, and tesa sa-nv Belgium, alongside early career experience at Beiersdorf AG. Thiem earned a doctorate in economics from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
