Katarina Jovanovic

Katarina Jovanovic is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR administration, payroll, and employee management. Currently serving as Team Coordinator HR Admin & Payroll at KWS Group since April 2022, Katarina has previously held roles as Senior Human Resources Associate and Human Resources Associate overseeing multiple countries including Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, and the USA. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resources Supervisor at MINTH Group, Human Resources Generalist at Konstruktor, and HR Coordinator at ELS Security, where responsibilities expanded to security risk management and office management. Katarina began her career with an internship at the Municipality of Cukarica and holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Public Policies from the Faculty of Political Sciences, obtained between 2017 and 2018.
