Morten Haastrup

Morten Haastrup serves as the Country Head and Managing Director at KWS Group since January 2019, having previously held the position of Regional Director. Morten's experience includes a role as Direktør og Country Manager at KWS Scandinavia A/S from August 2013 to March 2025, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the cereal business in the Baltic region and product management in Denmark and Sweden. Prior to this, Morten worked as a Landskonsulent at Videncentret for Landbrug from May 2007 to July 2013, providing senior advisory services in cereals and managing variety testing. Earlier experience includes a position as Planteavlskonsulent at Aarhus-Hadsten Landboforening, focusing on crop management and administration. Morten holds a Master's degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole and has completed courses in Key Account Management & Development at TACK International Denmark and additional training at DIEU.
