Philipp Kaethe

Philipp Kaethe is a seasoned professional in procurement and product management with extensive experience in the agricultural and chemical sectors. Currently serving as Business Partner Seed Tech Sugarbeet and Product Manager for Seed Treatments and Traits at KWS Group since June 2019, Philipp has a strong background in global category management and supply chain strategies. Previous roles include Procurement Manager at Bayer, where responsibilities included managing packaging materials globally, and Strategic Sourcer for herbicides at Bayer Crop Science. Earlier experience includes strategic buying and procurement roles at LANXESS, along with a year of global travel following a sabbatical. Philipp holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a Diplom-Kaufmann in International Business Administration from FOM University of Applied Sciences.
