Sabine Vogt

Sabine Vogt is an experienced leader in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Lead of Expert Hub Performance, Talent & Employee Development at KWS Group since May 2020. Prior to this role, Sabine held multiple leadership positions at BOMBARDIER Transportation from May 2001 to August 2019, including Head of People Capability and Career Path Management, where a global approach to people capability management and a diversity strategy were successfully developed. Other notable roles at BOMBARDIER included Head of Talent Pool Management and Director roles focused on talent management and HR transformation. Earlier experience includes project management and R&D coordination positions at Daimler Chrysler Rail Systems GmbH and ABB Daimler Benz Transportation GmbH. Sabine completed a coaching certification from Coaching Akademie Berlin and earned a degree from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
