Ryan Henegan

Ryan Henegan has held various roles in talent acquisition throughout their career. Ryan served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at ThermoServ, a leading provider of innovative drinkware and tableware products. Ryan also held the same position at Aereos, a parent company of five aviation industry companies. Prior to these roles, Henegan worked as an Account Manager and Recruiter at Aerotek. Ryan has also worked as a Retail Sales Representative at Andrews Distributing, an Executive Protection Agent at Executive Protection Solutions, and a Police Officer at the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia.

Ryan Henegan completed their high school education at Nolan Catholic High School from 1999 to 2003. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Connecticut, graduating in 2008.
