Ian John Casano has extensive experience in operations and sales, currently serving as an Operations Executive at KWS Middle East since October 2020. Responsibilities include assisting the sales team with timelines and visa processes for various authorities. Prior to this role, Ian was with UNIQLO from July 2015 to August 2020, where progression from Sales Associate to Senior Sales Associate involved store management, inventory control, and staff training. Additional experience includes positions at the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Keppel Subic Shipyard, and Lemier Computer Shop, covering administrative support, material handling, and customer service. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Lyceum Subic Bay and completed further studies at the Filipino Institute in 2019.
