Aldred Coetzee

Aldred Coetzee has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 1999, Coetzee founded Sentience Limited and served as Principal Consultant until 2013. Coetzee then joined Gazprom Marketing & Trading as a Technical Team Lead, overseeing the enhancement of the Automated Trade Capture system.

In 2007, Coetzee worked as an Agile Consultant at Reed Elsevier, and in 2008, Coetzee served as an Agile Consultant at TietoEnator. Later that year, Coetzee returned to Reed Elsevier as an Agile Consultant. Coetzee also worked as an Agile Consultant at First Derivative and provided agile coaching and technical leadership.

From 2014 to 2022, Coetzee worked at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank, initially as a Technical Lead and Scrum Master and later as a Key Developer and Agile Mentor. Coetzee also worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a Consultant, responsible for project delivery and providing agile coaching.

Since 2018, Coetzee has been with Rabobank, serving in various roles including Scrum Master, Consultant, and Coach. Coetzee facilitated the implementation of agile practices, coached scrum masters, and managed the transition of teams to agile methodologies.

In 2022, Coetzee joined KX as a VP Product Owner and later became a VP Product Manager. Overall, Coetzee has demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies, project delivery, technical leadership, and team coaching in the financial services industry.

Aldred Coetzee completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at the University of Cape Town from 1987 to 1992.
