Gopala Bhat

Gopala Bhat, CFA, is an experienced kdb+ Developer and Solutions Architect with a strong background in quantitative development and software consulting. Currently serving as a kdb+ Developer at KX since June 2024, Gopala has held various roles within the financial sector, including Director at MGR Software Consulting Inc since November 2021 and Quantitative Developer at Squarepoint Capital from October 2022 to October 2024. Prior experiences include positions at Citi, TMX Group, and both Kx and Standard Chartered Bank, among others. Gopala holds a Master of Physics degree from Durham University and completed A-Levels at Belfast Royal Academy.
