Julian Viereck

Julian Viereck is a Robotics Researcher at Kyber Labs with a background in machine learning engineering. Prior to this role, Julian worked at Amazon as a Machine Learning Engineer and pursued a PHD at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. Julian's research focuses on Deep Reinforcement Learning for Locomotion and Manipulation. Julian has also worked at X, the moonshot factory, TU München, Google, CERN, and Mozilla Corporation, gaining experience in various software engineering and research roles. Educationally, Julian holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, a Master of Science ETH in Computer Science from ETH Zürich, and a Bachelor of Science ETH in Physics from ETH Zürich.
