Julian Viereck is a Robotics Researcher at Kyber Labs with a background in machine learning engineering. Prior to this role, Julian worked at Amazon as a Machine Learning Engineer and pursued a PHD at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. Julian's research focuses on Deep Reinforcement Learning for Locomotion and Manipulation. Educationally, Julian holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, a Master of Science ETH in Computer Science from ETH Zürich, and a Bachelor of Science ETH in Physics from ETH Zürich.
