Joshua started their career in 2010 as a Manager of Customer Service at McDonald's Corporation, where they gained expertise in managing shifts, coaching employees, and handling customer complaints. In 2012, Joshua joined Liberty Tax Service as an Office Manager, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and supervising employees, as well as handling tax preparation and bookkeeping.

In 2014, Joshua transitioned to Kabbage, Inc as a Customer Service Supervisor.
