Nikita Stepanov

Nikita Stepanov has a strong background in software engineering. They started their career in 2017, working as a Software Engineer. From 2018 to 2020, Nikita worked at EPAM Systems, where they developed remote banking service solutions, focusing on cloud-native online-banking web applications. In this role, they increased unit test coverage and proposed integration tests for all possible functionality. In 2020, Nikita joined Innotechnum as a Senior Software Engineer and played a key role as a backend development leader. They were responsible for building solutions from scratch, software architecture designing, analyzing requirements, and training new teammates. Currently, Nikita is a Senior Software Engineer at Kyla, a position they started in October 2022.

Nikita Stepanov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ryazan State Radiotechnical University (formerly known as Academy) in the year 2018. Nikita went on to pursue their Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university and completed it in the year 2020.
