Shannon Rursch has extensive experience in the motorsports industry, currently serving as a crew chief at Kyle Busch Motorsports since December 2014 and at Turner Scott Motorsports since December 2009. Previously, Rursch held the position of car chief at Robby Gordon Motor Sports, Phoenix Racing, and Evernham Motorsports from 2005 to 2009. Rursch earned a degree in Automotive Technology from the NASCAR Technical Institute, completing the program in 2004, and is a graduate of Clinton High School, class of 1997.
