Konstantinos Chantzis is an experienced bar and beverage manager currently leading operations at Kyma Restaurants since September 2019, where responsibilities include managing the bar at both Kyma Flatiron and Hudson and previously at Kyma New York. Prior to this role, Konstantinos served as Food and Beverage Manager at Gansevoort Hotel Group from September 2017 to August 2019 and as Bar Manager at Nammos Group from April 2014 to August 2017. Konstantinos also held the position of Head Bartender at Costa Navarino from February 2012 to February 2014. Konstantinos holds a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Technology from the College of Athens, earned between 2000 and 2003.
