Scott Arra

Scott Arra is a results-driven product development leader with over 20 years of commercial and engineering expertise in respiratory, injectable, and topical drug delivery systems in the healthcare industry. Scott has a background in global and U.S. pharmaceutical, generic, and medical device industries. He has extensive experience across R&D, Quality, and Sales functions and is skilled in leading and motivating people, managing product development projects, and customer focused initiatives. Scott brings excellent program/project management, strategic planning, organization and presentation skills to his work.

Prior to joining Kymanox, Scott held various roles at Roche Pharmaceuticals, BD, GSK, SiO2 Medical Products, and Datwyler Sealing Solutions. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Lehigh University. He also has professional training in Project/Program Management, Leading and Facilitating Team Dynamics, Matrix Leadership, Financial Management, Dynamic Negotiations, Forecasting and Planning, Strategic Thinking, Risk Analysis for Project Management, Improving Product Development, P&L Management/Budget Planning, Operations Management, and Change Management.
