Timothy Hackett is a seasoned executive in the metals industry, currently serving as Vice President of Technology & Commercialization at Kymera International since 2023. Prior to this role, Timothy held the position of Vice President and Business Segment Manager for Specialty Powders and Clad Products at AMETEK Specialty Metal Products, where responsibility included P&L leadership and oversight of operations in Eighty Four, PA. Timothy’s extensive experience at ATI Specialty Materials spanned two decades, culminating in the role of General Manager for the Oakdale Operations, along with various senior positions focusing on operations, technology, and quality. Timothy began the career as a Process Metallurgist at J&L Specialty Steel and also gained experience at AK Steel. Academically, Timothy earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BSE in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
