Earlier in 1995, Wayne Daye held the position of R&D Manager at SCM Metal Products, Inc. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1982-1984) and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from NC State University (1977-1982).
