Deborah Hilliard

Deborah Hilliard has extensive work experience in the field of translational medicine and clinical operations. Deborah currently serves as the Director of Translational Medicine Operations at Kymera Therapeutics. Prior to this, they worked at Bristol Myers Squibb as the Associate Director and Translational Medicine Planning & Execution Lead. Deborah also held positions at Amicus Therapeutics as the Associate Director of Translational Sciences and Clinical Operations, and at Tandem Labs as a Senior Project Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at Merck & Co as a Senior Research Biochemist/Manager, where they were responsible for managing the development and validation of clinical biomarkers. Before that, Deborah worked at Carter-Wallace, Inc as an Assistant Toxicologist and at Monmouth Medical Center as a Medical Technologist.

Deborah Hilliard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry/Medical Technology from Elizabethtown College. Deborah also holds ASCP and NCA certifications in Medical Technology from Monmouth Medical Center, School of Medical Technology. Additionally, they have obtained ASCP certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology.
