Emily Lurier, PhD, is a Senior Scientist at Kymera Therapeutics since December 2020, previously holding a Scientist position at Pandion Therapeutics. Emily served as President of Drexel Women in Science and Engineering, where responsibilities included organizing academic and social events to support graduate women in STEM at Drexel University. Academic experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Drexel University focusing on biomaterials and macrophage behavior. Emily was also a visiting researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology, contributing to heart valve tissue engineering. Earlier internships included positions at Acetylon Pharmaceuticals, Seventh Sense Biosystems, and Enumeral Biomedical. Emily earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University, along with a Master’s degree in the same field, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
