Kelsey O'Brien

Kelsey O'Brien, MPH, ALM, CCRP, is an experienced clinical trial manager currently serving as a Sr. Clinical Trial Manager at Kymera Therapeutics since May 2025. With a robust background in clinical project management, Kelsey has held key positions at notable organizations such as Moderna and Abiomed, where the roles included Clinical Trial Manager and Clinical Project Manager, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Harvard Medical School and directing clinical program operations at Finch Therapeutics and OpenBiome. Kelsey’s educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Harvard Extension School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colby College, among other academic achievements.
