Harshal Ruikar

Harshal Ruikar is an experienced professional in the field of total rewards and benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Benefits for Total Rewards in the Asia Pacific region at Kyndryl since September 2021. In this role, Harshal leads the international strategy for total rewards and wellness across 14 countries with a workforce of over 50,000 employees. Prior to Kyndryl, Harshal worked at IBM as the Total Rewards Strategy Leader for APAC Benefits, overseeing health, disability, and wellness programs. Harshal also held positions in business intelligence at IKS Health and business analysis at UnitedHealthcare India Pvt. Ltd., focusing on analytics and process improvement. Harshal began a career as a physiotherapist and project manager at Leonard Cheshire Disability. Educational qualifications include an Executive Certificate in Business Analytics & Big Data from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur and a Master's in Public Health with a focus on Social Epidemiology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
