Howard Ungerleider

Howard Ungerleider currently serves as a Board Member for American Airlines and Kyndryl, and as an Operating Advisor for Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. Ungerleider previously held the position of President and Chief Financial Officer at Dow from March 2018 to December 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing financial planning and executing strategies for the company's restructuring. Prior to that, Ungerleider served as the Chief Financial Officer for DowDuPont while also holding various leadership roles at Dow, including Vice Chairman & CFO and Executive Vice President of Advanced Materials. Ungerleider earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
