Joe Capalbo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Operations at Kyndryl since April 2023, Joe has held prominent roles including Vice President of Business Operations & Corporate Services at Gainwell Technologies, where the focus was on technology and services for health and human services programs. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Business Operations & Chief of Staff at Arcfield, where Joe played a pivotal role in establishing corporate functions, and Vice President of Supply Chain & Chief Procurement Officer at both Perspecta and DXC Technology, optimizing supply chains and managing significant procurement budgets. Joe's career began at Delta Air Lines and included a critical role at Pfizer, leading global travel and expense operations.
