Julia Cartwright, ACC, is a seasoned HR executive and certified executive coach with over 20 years of experience across various sectors, including marketing communications, financial services, and consulting. Julia is currently the Chief People Officer at Rain Cage Carbon Inc., where they are responsible for building the HR function for global execution. They also serve as a certified coach at the Adler School of Coaching, guiding professionals in achieving their goals. Previously, Julia held senior HR roles at notable companies such as Edelman, Aon Hewitt, and Accenture, demonstrating a strong track record in HR strategy implementation, employee engagement, and talent management. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Laurentian University and is currently pursuing a CHRP in Human Resources Management at Seneca College.
