Nicholas Morss

Nicholas Morss currently serves as the VP of IT Applications at Kyndryl since May 2024. Prior to this role, Morss was the Director and Global Head of End User Services at Corning Incorporated from September 2022 to April 2024. Morss held multiple positions at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from February 2017 to August 2022, including Senior Director and Director of Global Service Management Operations, as well as Director of Client Services. Earlier career experience includes serving as Service Manager at BBC Worldwide, where responsibilities included managing critical IT services and acting as a key point of contact for escalations. Morss also worked as Service Support Manager at CLS Group, overseeing IT service desk operations, and began the career as a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer at Foxtons.
