Paul Francois

Paul Francois has over two decades of experience in information technology, with a strong focus on macOS and cloud architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Lead in Infrastructure/Cloud Architecture at Kyndryl since September 2021, Paul manages a large-scale macOS environment supporting over 16,000 Macs. Prior experience includes roles at IBM as an Infrastructure Architect and Pacific Gas and Electric Company as an IT Mobile Product Specialist, where Paul handled device administration and cybersecurity. Paul has also worked at various organizations including Intel Corporation, Ca' Momi Winery, and Cosumnes River College, specializing in Jamf administration, IT support, and systems management. Paul holds a SQL Database Analyst certificate from Cosumnes River College and has received education from American River College and the US Air Force.
