Susana Rosa

Susana Rosa has extensive experience in various roles, primarily in business support and customer service within the financial and insurance sectors. Currently an IAM and Contact Business Support at Kyndryl since February 2019, Susana previously worked as a helpdesk technician at Softinsa, an analyst at Fidelidade focusing on special acts and claim management, and an assistant director at Projectos Globais, Lda, handling supplier research and logistics. Additional roles included customer assistance at Montepio, commercial assistance at Banco BPI, and secretarial work at Paulo A. Santos.
