Tal Zomer

Tal Zomer is an accomplished talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Country Lead for Kyndryl since July 2025. Zomer specializes in full-cycle recruitment and talent strategy, enhancing employer visibility, and implementing creative sourcing initiatives. Previously, Zomer worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Intel Corporation, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and developing innovative sourcing channels. Zomer also held the role of HR Project Manager & Training Development at Intel, focusing on training needs assessment and project lifecycle management. Early career experience includes working as an Occupational Diagnostic Expert at Adam Milo, conducting deep interviews and group dynamics to evaluate candidates. Zomer holds an M.A. in Organizational Behavior and Development and a B.A. in Psychology and Human Resource from the University of Haifa.
