Ian Decone

Ian deCone has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ian started their career at Arthur Andersen as a Commercial Auditor from 1987 to 1989. Ian then joined GTE Corporate as an Internal Auditor, where they performed financial and operational reviews of different GTE business units. In 1993, they moved to GTE Mobilnet and worked on post-merger activities and fraud prevention. From 1996 to 2000, Ian worked at GTE TSI as a Group Product Manager.

Ian joined Verizon in 2000 as the Director of Technology Development at Verizon Wireless. Ian later served as the Director of Enterprise Custom Solutions, where they provided technical expertise and led trials for strategic accounts. Ian successfully developed and launched a smart metering solution with in-home networking. From 2011 to 2015, Ian worked as the Director of Process Engineering at Verizon, driving significant improvements in margin and cash flow. Ian also launched the Lean Six Sigma program for wireless and wireline network functions.

In 2016, Ian joined Causam Energy as the VP of Business Development and Causam Enterprises as the SVP of Business Development. Ian played a crucial role in designing products and solutions for next-generation energy frameworks and empowering grid participants to make money. Currently, Ian is working as the Senior Director of Business Transformation at KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc.

Ian deCone attended Merrimack College from 1982 to 1987, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. It is not mentioned whether they obtained any additional certifications or degrees at this institution.
