Ian also launched the Lean Six Sigma program for wireless and wireline network functions.
In 2016, Ian joined Causam Energy as the VP of Business Development and Causam Enterprises as the SVP of Business Development. Ian played a crucial role in designing products and solutions for next-generation energy frameworks and empowering grid participants to make money. Currently, Ian is working as the Senior Director of Business Transformation at KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc.
