Christopher Reid has over 20 years of experience in the document solutions and service engineering industry. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect at Kyocera Document Solutions Australasia since February 2010, Christopher progressed from Installation Specialist to Application Specialist after completing a Train the Trainer course. Prior experience includes working as a Field Service Engineer at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia from November 2007 to January 2010, and as a Service Engineer at Lexmark International (Asia Pacific) from November 2003 to November 2007. Educational qualifications include a Certificate 2 in Electrotechnology Servicing from Box Hill Institute and completion of high school at Billanook College.
