Josefina Caputo

Josefina Caputo is an experienced project manager with a strong background in energy and engineering. Currently serving as Project Manager at Kyon Energy since August 2024, Josefina previously held the position of Project Leader at Electrochaea, where management of cross-functional teams and budget alignment was key. Prior roles include Plant Process Engineer at Seeds Energy Group S.A., providing operational oversight of biogas plants, and Technical Analyst at Ecotécnica América Latina S.A., focusing on environmental impact studies. Josefina also has experience as a Research Assistant at Politecnico di Milano, where research on coordination polymers was conducted, and in quality control at CAMBRE SA.
