Marwan Samara MBA, MCIPD, KFLA, MHFA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marwan currently serves as the HR Director | GCC at Kyowa Kirin International plc. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Head of HR | Global at International Media Investments from 2018 to 2021. From 2017 to 2018, they held the position of VP Talent & Organizational Development at IHS Towers. Marwan also served as the Regional HR & Talent Director | MEA (Middle East & Emerging Africa) at Dimension Data from 2010 to 2016. Before that, they worked at EY as the Lead, Human Capital Advisory | MENA from 2007 to 2010. Marwan's earlier experience includes serving as the Head of HR Operations | EMEA at ICS Financial Systems (ICSFS) from 2001 to 2007. With their extensive background in HR and talent management, Marwan brings valuable expertise to every organization they work with.

Marwan Samara earned an MBA in Human Resources from the New York Institute of Technology in 2009. Marwan obtained several additional certifications, including Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) from The LightHouse Arabia in 2023, Change Management for HR (CMHR) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2019, and Chartered MCIPD from CIPD in 2017.
