Takuo Hirose

Takuo Hirose serves as the Global Head of ICT, Executive Vice President, and Head of the ICT Solution Department at Kyowa Kirin Co., Ltd. since October 2018, overseeing a global ICT organization with over 100 personnel and spearheading digital and ICT strategic initiatives while ensuring stakeholder engagement. Prior experience includes General Manager at MISUMI Group Inc., where Takuo was responsible for IT strategy and planning for over 200 staff, and Group IT Director at Aderans Ltd., managing global ICT strategies with a team exceeding 50 members. Earlier roles include positions at Hitachi, Pioneer Corporation, and Pioneer Electronics USA, covering various IT planning and systems engineering responsibilities. Takuo holds a degree in Business Administration from Kobe University.
