Sara Abu Safieh

Sara Abu Safieh's work experience begins in 2013 as an intern at Robotron Bildungs- und Beratungszentrum GmbH. In 2020, they worked as an Office Assistant at Nowex Sp. z o.o. Starting in 2021, they became a (Junior) Test Automation Engineer at KYP.ai. Within the same company, they then transitioned to the role of Customer Support Engineer in January 2022. In this role, they worked on building and developing the Customer Support function, removing technical barriers for customers, establishing a Support process, responding to support tickets, and resolving customer queries. Sara Abu Safieh has a strong education background in the field of Automatic Control and Robotics. Sara obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Automatic Control and Robotics from The Silesian University of Technology, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, Sara pursued further education and obtained two Master's degrees. Sara attended Cranfield University from 2018 to 2019 and completed a Master's degree in Manufacturing Technology and Management. Simultaneously, they also pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Automatic Control and Robotics from The Silesian University of Technology, which they completed in the same time period.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Sara has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate of competencies as an IT technician from OKE Jaworzno. Sara also holds certifications in various programming languages and technologies. In 2020, they completed the Asp.Net MVC certification from Udemy and also learned Python programming through the "Learn to Code in Python 3: Programming basics to advanced" course offered by Udemy. Most recently, in June 2021, they obtained a TGLS Test direct de certification en francais from The Global Language System.
