Head of Creator Strategy & Insights

We’re seeking a Head of Creator Strategy & Insights to lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven influencer marketing strategies. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Creative & Paid Strategists, guiding them through the pre-sale and execution phases, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and bold, results-oriented thinking. This role also involves staying ahead of market trends and emerging media platforms, constantly refining strategies to fuel growth. Your expertise in analyzing consumer behavior, steering media investments, and collaborating with internal teams will be essential to achieving impactful results. In this role, your leadership and innovation will be pivotal in pushing the boundaries of creator marketing, ensuring Kyra’s continued growth and industry leadership.

Your be responsible for:

  • Creative & Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee data-driven creator marketing strategies and culturally-relevant creative concepts that deliver measurable client success for new and existing business proposals.
  • Client Engagement: Unpack client briefs to identify strategic goals and the actions to achieve them. Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored, high-impact strategies.
  • Market and Trend Research: Optimize team workflows to produce pitches grounded in actionable brand and market insights.
  • Creator Strategy Oversight. Determine the campaign's ideal creator requirements to maximize engagement and impact.
  • Team Development: Lead a team of Strategists in developing high-quality, insights-driven proposals while fostering a culture of innovation and continuously enhancing department structures and processes.
  • Data-Driven Refinement: Utilize measured campaign outcomes to continually refine and elevate future strategies to deliver against client creator marketing goals and objectives.
  • Trend Integration: Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platforms, and technologies, strategically incorporating them into ongoing and future projects.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Campaign Management, Creator Partnerships, and Client Solutions to ensure seamless alignment and execution of strategic visions.
  • Proactive Strategic Support: Generate original, insight-led ideas that challenge conventions, actively supporting the Sales team in securing new business.
  • Innovation and Collaboration: Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer and Product team to integrate tech-driven solutions that enhance productivity and amplify team performance.
  • Materials Development: Direct the creation of pitch decks, case studies, and proposals, equipping the Sales team with high-quality resources to drive client acquisition and retention.

To thrive in this role, here’s what you’ll need:

  • Around 6+ years in creator marketing strategy;
  • Strong paid and organic social media expertise, with a proven ability to manage large social and/or influencer marketing budgets for high ROI.
  • Need to have a passion for and be on the pulse of creator marketing.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, coupled with a compelling storytelling approach to convey strategy.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-backed approach to crafting effective creator marketing strategies.
  • Lateral thinker with a knack for breaking traditional marketing molds.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Self-starter with high motivation for remote work.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of AI tools and software to drive workflow efficiency.

Net Revenue Retention Rate: Achieve the company's win rate targets for new business acquisition while establishing a structured framework to drive growth within existing accounts.

Client KPI Achievement: Define realistic campaign objectives aligned with client goals, ensure effective briefing of the execution team, and implement timely adjustments to achieve agreed KPIs.

Research Workflow Implementation: Identify key research points to guide future strategies, provide the team with necessary tools, and establish clear standards for turnaround times.

Campaign Analysis Execution: Develop and implement milestone timelines and standardized reporting templates to enhance campaign analysis efficiency.

Creator Briefing Optimization: Lead a comprehensive review of current briefing challenges, propose actionable updates to improve performance metrics, and reduce reshoots across all Kyra campaigns.

Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize performance data to deliver actionable insights, refine creator selection processes, strengthen partnerships, and optimize campaign execution to maximize return on investment (ROI).
