Joseph Gauta

Advisory Board Member at Kyra Medical

Joseph Gauta is a medical doctor who has dedicated their career to improving the lives of their patients. Joseph is currently a member of the Kyra Medical advisory board, and previously served as the president of the Collier County Medical Society from 2008 to 2010. Joseph was also the medical director of Frontier Medical Innovations from 2007 to 2013, during which time they developed and patented the GStirrup, a patient positioning tool for in-office procedures done in the lithotomy position. The GStirrup is now being used internationally by thousands of satisfied physicians and patients. In addition to their work with Frontier Medical Innovations, Dr. Gauta has also worked with the Florida Bladder Institute, where they are board certified in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Joseph Gauta is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist who attended Tulane University School of Medicine for their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. Prior to that, they attended Albany Medical College for their MD and Siena College for their B.A. in Biology.
