Alexandra Kantor

Alexandra (Lexi) Kantor is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and people operations. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Kytopen since January 2022, Alexandra was instrumental in the company’s growth post-Series A as the first full-time HR hire. Previously, Alexandra co-founded PPL Method, providing resources and support for lone HR professionals, and held a Senior People Operations Associate role at Ovia Health, where foundational HR functions were established. Additionally, Alexandra has held key positions at Cambridge Semantics, Babson College, and Life Loop, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering company culture and enhancing employee engagement throughout their career. Alexandra earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Babson College, complemented by studies in Contemporary French Studies in Paris.
