David Moriarty

David Moriarty is a seasoned professional in clinical operations with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Kyverna Therapeutics since January 2024, David previously held leadership roles at Horizon, Zogenix, and Spruce Biosciences, among others. Notably, at Horizon, David was Vice President for Clinical Operations, Standards and Compliance, contributing to the development of treatments for rare and autoimmune diseases. David's career also includes significant positions at Jazz Pharmaceuticals and Janssen, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing global clinical trials and leading cross-functional teams. David holds a PhD in Neuroscience/Neuroradiology from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Central Lancashire.
