Stephanie Pfister

Stephanie Pfister is an accomplished clinical operations executive with extensive experience in leading clinical teams across various pharmaceutical companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Biohaven since April 2025, Pfister previously held the same role at AbbVie and Cerevel Therapeutics, where Stephanie also served as Head of Clinical Operations for Late Phase studies. Pfister's career began at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Development & Commercialization, advancing from Associate Director to Director in Clinical Management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Quinnipiac University - School of Business and a Master's degree in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University.
