Stephanie Pfister

Stephanie Pfister is an accomplished executive in clinical operations with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Biohaven since April 2025, Pfister has previously held similar leadership roles at AbbVie and Cerevel Therapeutics. With a strong foundation in clinical management established during tenure at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Development & Commercialization and BMS, Pfister has demonstrated expertise in managing late-phase clinical operations. Educational credentials include an MBA from Quinnipiac University, an MA in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN.
