Carolina Siqueira

Carolina Siqueira has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they worked as an Agente de Promoção Ambiental at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein until June 2019. From June 2019 to April 2021, they were an Estagiária and later a Product Owner Jr | Analista CX at Sem Parar. In February 2022, they joined Kzas Krédito as a Product Owner, where they established strategic connections between technology, design, and business, translated the product strategy into detailed requirements for engineering teams, and created amazing user experiences. Most recently, in August 2022, they started working at Creditas as a Product Manager.

Carolina Siqueira attended Centro Universitário Senac from 2018 to 2022, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus in Production Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Carolina also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they received a certification in Internal Auditing in Integrated Management Systems from Senac São Paulo. Carolina further enhanced their skillset with certifications in Agile Scrum - Product Owner from Fundação Vanzolini in January 2021, Customer Success and Customer Experience from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in June 2021, and Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org in December 2021. Carolina continued to pursue professional development, earning certifications in Produtividade Inteligente from Escola Conquer in January 2023, and Digital Product Leadership from Tera in June 2023.
