João Amorim has a diverse work experience in the field of design. João started their career as a Graphic Designer at Psicoaplique, where they were responsible for creating and implementing infoproducts, platforms, websites, and social media content. João also handled tasks such as graphic design for campaigns and maintaining templates. João gained proficiency in various Adobe tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.

Later, João joined Kzas Krédito as a Product Designer. João played a crucial role in conceptualizing and implementing the entire user journey for Partnership and Real Estate products, as well as the Kzas Krédito system. Their responsibilities included analyzing user behavior patterns, customer journey, competitor analysis, usability testing, prototyping, and collaborating on the design system. João also had experience working with tools like Figma, Sketch, Abstract, Photoshop, and other agile methodologies.

Currently, João is working at Creditas as a Product Designer in the Home Solutions Business Unit. João is responsible for creating, implementing, and testing HomeFin and Rentals products, along with their respective systems. Their tasks involve analyzing user behavioral patterns, customer journey, competitor analysis, usability testing, prototyping, preparing A/B and multivariate test scenarios, collaborating on the design system, and using design concepts, fundamentals, and responsiveness.
