Alisha Jena

Alisha Jena has over a decade of experience in health care systems and analysis. Currently serving as Manager of Systems Configuration at L.A. Care Health Plan since March 2017, Alisha has advanced through roles including Lead System Configuration Analyst and Senior Systems Configuration Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as HealthCare Claims/Business Analyst at Global Systems LLC from October 2014 to February 2017, where Alisha gained expertise in areas such as HIPAA, Health Insurance Exchange, and EDI. Alisha’s career began as an Associate at Infosys from April 2011 to August 2012. Academically, Alisha holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from International Technological University, a Certificate in Market Research and Web Analytics from UCLA Extension, an MBA in Communications Management from Symbiosis International University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College.
