Ann Phan

Ann Phan, PharmD, BCGP has a diverse range of work experience in the field of pharmacy. Ann started their career as a Pharmacy Assistant at the UCLA Arthur Ashe Student Health and Wellness Center in 2007. Ann then worked as a Pharmacy Intern at the UCSF Medical Center from 2009 to 2010. In 2012, they became a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Resident at the UCLA Medical Center and completed their residency in 2013.

After their residency, they joined SCAN Health Plan as a Clinical Pharmacist - Formulary & Benefits. Ann held this role from July 2013 to June 2016. Ann then moved on to L.A. Care Health Plan, where they initially served as a Manager, Clinical Programs from October 2016 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Clinical Pharmacy at L.A. Care Health Plan, starting in March 2023.

Ann Phan, PharmD, BCGP completed their education at the University of California, San Francisco, where they earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree in Pharmacy Practice from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended UCLA and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychobiology from 2004 to 2008.
